Hi,
You attended our casting call for background performers on the HBO mini-series “Mildred Pierce.” We are interested in using you for a scene filming Thursday May 27th. It is a 1930s philharmonic concert performance and you’d take part as an audience member. In order to work, you would have to attend a wardrobe fitting next week sometime between Monday May 17th and Friday May 21st. These take place in Brooklyn, NY, between 8:30am and 6pm. Some people may also be asked back for Friday the 28th. If you are available and interested, please respond with the following:
- If you available the 27th & 28th or just the 27th - What dates you could attend a wardrobe fitting - Best phone number to reach you at Just a few stipulations of this project — everyone must be okay working around smoke. This is not real cigarette smoke but rather herbal cigarette smoke. Men must be okay getting a 1930s style hair cut (that’s short on the sides and longer on top) and being completely clean-shaven (including mustache, beard, goatee, etc.) Women should have natural-looking hair w/o highlights, preferably shoulder length or shorter. Some women have been getting their hair trimmed by the hair and make-up department. If you’re absolutely against these requirements, please note that in your response.Thank you.
